Already home after a long weekend taking photos of more than one Entrudo (traditional carnival in Portugal) event. But in the end, carnival is whenever a man wants, so I’ll be posting a few more photos from these last days throughout this week.

This will be a long weekend that will only end Tuesday, going after the ancient carnival traditions of Central and Northern Portugal. But started very differently, with a photowalk in the narrow streets of Lisbon.

The Bica funicular, moving uphill and downhill for decades. Initially those who were coming from the docks and markets by the river sat at the wood benches inside, while nowadays are mostly who found it in a top 10 things to do in Lisbon.
